Can't complain, perfect for me!

Perfect location, fantastic staff, very helpful, patient and kind. The room is no frills, nothing special, but it's clean, felt comfortable, had AC, and my own bathroom. All I wanted was a place to sleep central to city center within the Medina for my final stop in Morocco, which was only 24 hours. (Because of the earthquake, changed the itinerary to spend more time in Essaouira instead.) So this was perfect for my needs. The stay was a great value for my dollar and staff helped me arrange transport to the airport. Couldn't ask for more.

If I was here longer, a pool would be nice. Other than that, no complaints. Though, who needs a pool, there's lots to do and see in the center.

The staff at the reception was really nice and forthcoming. He was a great help to get started in marocco. The location is also amazing since it is in the middle of marrakesh

There is just one shared shower for all the rooms without private bathroom.

Very Good

Very friendly and helpful staff! The patio and terrace with the view on the main square were really lovely. The hotel is located at the very center of the medina - it has its prones and cones depending on your preferences. Rooms were quite modest but the price to quality ratio was rather good.

For us it was really loud and hot in the room. There was no real air conditoning, only a noisy fan. Because of high temperatures, it was very tiring and exhausting.

Wonderful

Mustafa was a very good host. He took care of everything. I was not very satisfied with the room I stayed in the first night, but when I told this, they quickly changed my room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Price performance balance is a very good hotel. Moreover, the location is great.

Of course there is noise at night, but I think it was not a sound that could not be tolerated.

It is It is worthwhile hotel, however some improvements would be welcome.

Near the main place of Marrakesh. The man at réception during the day is kind and helpful.

- only cash payment is accepted - the amount paid in MAD is very unfavorable comparing to the amount in Euro on Booking site. I recommend to select local currency (MAD) on Booking site to avoid bad conversion rate surprises. - the man at reception early in the morning asked me to prouve that I have paid, I had to show the payment receipt before leaving, someone has to tell him where to find such info. - the bathroom is flooding when taking a shower

Wonderful

the hotel reached out to offer trips & plans. We booked a desert tour and found out we got the best rate in the group, we're grateful about such a save of money. The location is very cool too: super close to the famous big market, and reachable to all sorts of shops & restaurants in the old town
